2025-062 Project and Reporting Analyst (m / w / d) permanent

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail

Mission of the Project and Reporting analyst:

Data analysis including report creation, analysis and delivery, basic data modelling and interpretation
Project management activities on new and existing Central and German Marketing projects (electric vehicles, loyalty, customer profiles, digital) - activity across Europe and delivery of support services to local Stellantis teams.
Data analysis including report creation support to enhance better decision making process
Customer profiling and retention rate analysis
Support to analyse results and to identify patterns and trends

Ihr Profil

 What we’re looking for from you:

Fluent English and very good German
Commercially focused individual with strong communications skills (oral and written)
An inquiring analytical mind-set with a genuine interest in Financial Service and to analyze & interpret data. (consolidation of figures – business understanding)
Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to integrate successfully into a team and work independently
A desire and willingness to learn with a 'can do' approach and a commitment to supporting others
A quick and efficient work style with an eye for detail and high standards of delivery
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Adaptable, positive and proactive in order to provide a great service
Self-motivation, resilience and enthusiasm
Competent use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Technical Competencies:
Critical Thinking and Good presentation skills
Financial or Banking background desirable
Analytical reporting skills
Project management – Basic knowledge of PM concepts and methodology

Foreign language skills:

Fluent in English and very good German

Professional qualifications, vocational training, education level:

Bachelor's degree required; Commerce, Marketing or Data Analyst
As this role involves analyses, a good knowledge of Excel is required
