2025-040 Senior Risk Analyst (m/f/d)

Transversal Risk role providing insight to the full Risk spectrum with focus on Risk Retail and their links to the business and shareholders and supporting the Risk function with both risk expertise and digital savviness. Requiring the following skills: analytical understanding, communication, organization & negotiation skills.

ROLE DELIVERABLES

• Advisory function to risk leaders (market developments and trends, structure changes, governance, roadblock removals)
• Enhance Risk presentations for different purposes and stakeholders - support both in content and design 
• Advise on the optimal use of scores in credit strategies, lending policies, collection strategies.
• Participate in the developing and enhancing of the score and business rules monitoring
• Perform data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support the management
• Transversal Non-IT Projects
• Work with local retail risk and other departments as needed to understand how risk can support more efficiently the business
• Communicate results to senior stakeholders, shareholders and local teams
• Motivation / department and team cohesiveness (seminars, RAH, team building)

JOB CHALLENGES

• Ensure on-going adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the Stellantis Bank and alignment to changing requirements of the BNPPF guidelines
• Managing multiple process stakeholders, including country management and shareholder representatives

WORK RELATIONSHIPS

• Liaise with other departments to analyse and reconcile data, processes and non-IT projects
• Balance local market requirements and proposals against shareholder mandates and strategic imperatives

Foreign language skills

• Fluency and proficiency in English required 
• Basic German would be beneficial
• French optional

Professional qualifications, vocational training, education level

• University degree in a relevant subject such as IT / Finance / Operation research / Economics / Applied mathematics / Engineering
• Experience with data models, databases, data analyses, but also reporting tools as PowerBi
• Very good IT proficiency including SQL and Microsoft 365 and knowledge of (or willingness to learn working with) AI tools
• Project management experience and skills
• Relevant experience in risk management within the banking / financial services industry, or similar
